Costa Mesa, CA
Successfully designed and developed a reliable architecture that supports over seventy system interfaces and hundreds of custom reports to support the new Medicare Part D program. This new system has been successfully processing records for millions of members.
- Successfully released on-time and on-budget with zero major defects for a November 15 national launch. Many competitors failed to meet the launch and lost millions of dollars.
- Established development platform, tools and methodologies.
- Supervised large team of 25 developers. Managed all custom development while providing technical and architectural guidance for the entire project.
